2024-2025 Receivership Quarter 3 Progress Reporting
Date:
March 31, 2025

The Office of Innovation and School Reform (OISR) remains dedicated to supporting Schools under Receivership in providing all students with equitable access to high-quality educational programs and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) services in a safe and supportive environment.

As part of our performance management and reporting framework, districts are required to submit quarterly progress reports. These reports are essential for tracking progress towards the Demonstrable Improvement Indicator (DII) targets and ensuring that data is used effectively to monitor, adjust, and refine the implementation of improvement plans. The information you provide will help the school and district community, the Commissioner, and the Board of Regents assess the extent of progress and the successful application of key strategies.

Attached, you will find the 2024-2025 Receivership School Quarter 3 Report Template, which districts are to use to document and reflect on their progress. This template is designed to capture key trend data and the impact of strategies toward achieving DII targets. Thorough and accurate reporting is critical in this process. As outlined in the August 21, 2024, 2024-2025 Performance Management, Technical Assistance, and Reporting (Guidance Memo), the period for activities to be included in the Quarter 3 Report is from February 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025. The deadline for submitting the Quarter 3 Report is April 30, 2025.

Please submit your Quarterly Report to OISR@nysed.gov and copy your district’s OISR Associate. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to your OISR Associate or email us directly at OISR@nysed.gov.

Thank you for your continued partnership and commitment to improving educational outcomes for our students. Together, we can ensure all students have access to the supports and learning opportunities they need to thrive.
