LPP is prioritized for the following program activities:
- skills assessment,
- tutoring,
- academic and personal counseling,
- family counseling and home visits,
- mentoring programs (formal and informal), and
- staff development activities for personnel with direct responsibility for such students (germane to dropout prevention)
