First-time Applicants: Both first time and returning applicants that did not apply for funding in the 2025-26 program year, with an individual allocation of or greater than $15,000 and whose programs meet the Perkins V definitions of size, scope, and quality as verified in the Student Information Repository (SIRS – 305 report) at the time of application, must submit a letter of intent to apply by March 15, 2026, to both the fiscal agent of the consortium joined in the prior year and to the Office of CTE. A PDF copy of the original letter should be sent to the Office of CTE. A completed CLNA is then due to the Office CTE by April 1, 2026.Ìý Returning Applicants:Ìý |
