  • Higher Education IRS Data Exchange (Higher Ed IDEx)
    Institution's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of Institutional Research have been issued SEDDAS usernames and passwords. CEOs and Directors of Institutional Research need to set up accounts for other staff who play a role in submitting, reviewing, and/or certifying data.ÌýIf the CEO or Director of Institutional Research for an institution changes you will need to submit the change using the My Contacts form found in the IDEx. Once the change is made in SEDREF by 91ÉçÇø staff, a SEDDAS username and password will be issued and emailed to you.

    Staff at a P-12 districtÌýor school CANNOTÌýbe granted direct access to the IDEx dashboard. They can be granted accessÌý    by their CEOÌýto specific form(s) in the IDEx by logging into the Ìýand use SEDDAS to create and/or entitle staff accounts to systems related to the needed IDEx form.   • SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (MVPS)Ìý

    The SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (SED MVPS) is a 91ÉçÇø (91ÉçÇø) application used to manage forms, surveys, and evaluate vendor performance, requiring access through the 91ÉçÇø Business Portal with accounts created through the SED Delegated Account System (SEDDAS). It allows authorized users to report data and information to 91ÉçÇø.

    The SEDDAS Help Desk is available to assist CEOs with password resets and the basics ofÌýcreating, entitlingÌýand managing their school administrator SEDDAS accounts.ÌýTo do this the CEO will need to know what the business rules of the applications are, what entitlements should be granted, and what roles their school administrator needs for each application. If they are unsure, they can contact the program area that requested they report the data (see list of 91ÉçÇø Program Offices above).

The following applicationsÌýcannotÌýbe accessed from the Business Portal

  • L2RPT and Level 0 HistoricalÌýcan be accessed via the web site owned and provided by the Regional Information Center (RIC) or Big 5 associated with your school using your SEDDAS account credentials if you are entitled to L2RPT.
