SIRS Reporting FAQ Documents
Overview
When new data collections are introduced or significant changes are made to current collections, The Department often releases a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document. The purpose of these documents is to provide reporting guidance to the field and to answer common questions. Links to these documents will be included in the SIRS Manual.

SIRS Reporting Timelines and Guidance Memos
Overview
The SIRS Reporting Guidance Memo highlights data collection requirements and deadlines for public school districts (school districts), Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), charter schools, and Religious and Independent schools (collectively referred to as Local Education Agencies or LEAs) for reporting the school year (SY) data to the 91ÉçÇø (91ÉçÇø) via the Student Information Repository System (SIRS) and the Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) Institutional Master File (IMF).
The 91ÉçÇø SIRS Timeline indicates when the data are to be reported to the 91ÉçÇø Level 2 (L2) Data Warehouse by your Level 1 (L1) Reporting Center.
